How to play Royal Drop: rules and crates

Every round of Royal Drop starts with two choices on the bottom panel: the stake and whether you let the bonus trigger naturally.

Set your stake

Pick a bet with the plus and minus controls. The stake scales every payout in the round, so size it against your session budget rather than your mood.

Drop or buy

Press the drop button for a normal round, or use the Buy Bonus to pay for direct entry into the bonus sequence. The buy is faster and more expensive: our bonus guide covers when it is worth it.

Reading the crate columns

The screen shows five columns of royal crates. When the round starts, they break open from the top down, one layer after another.

• Standard crates: reveal symbols that form the round's wins.
• Rocket icons: stack multipliers from x1 up to x5 on the wins they touch.
• Crowned chicken: the special icon tied to the bonus sequence.

Layers keep breaking as long as new wins form, so a single round can chain several waves of payouts.

How a round pays out

Wins are collected in the tray as the layers break, multiplied by any rockets attached. When no new combination forms, the round ends and the total is credited.

There is no decision to make mid-round: unlike cash-out games, Royal Drop resolves on its own. Your control lives entirely in the stake sizing and session rules.
